We understand plans change.
However, we do require a minimum of 12 hours notice of cancellation, a fee of $50.00 could be charged.
If you are adding a booking within 12 working hours, it may be subject to change, as there may have been last minute arrangements made by the cleaner. Please always feel free to check in with us first!
